For the site owners as well as to the site partners it is very important to have a clear cash flow. All the payments between the parties must be up to date and understandable for each side. In the Affiliate area chapter of F.A.Q. section there is a description how Affiliate can read and control his money stats. Here there will be given the information of what steps the site Admin should make to manage the payments to the site partners.

1. Log in to Admin area of the site, using your e-mail and password.
2. There will open Admin panel. Please choose and press on the button "Other".
3. In the "Other" sub-menu, please choose and press on the button "Referrals".
4. The "Referrer details" working panel will open. Take a look at the table. There are columns: Name, %, Overall jumps on referral link, Overall registered members on referral link, Overall referral banners show and Actions. Each line contains the information about certain Affiliate.
5. Let us take Affiliate_1 as an example.
6. In the first column there given the % Affiliate will earn from all the incomes of the website referrals will add via payment gate way. The default % is 10. To change it, please put your mouse pointer into the appropriate field and enter a new value. Press on the green tick to submit changes.
7. There will appear the notification "Updated successfully".
8. The figures given in the column "Overall jumps on referral link" inform you how many times this link worked, number of jumps have already been paid, and awaiting for payment amount.
9. To make a payment for jumps on referral link, please choose the appropriate value from the drop down menu and press on the button "Pay".
10. The appeared notification will inform you that payment was made successfully and show the sum which was added to Affiliate's account.
11. Please, take a look at figures now. You can see that the value has changed.
12. In the column "Overall registered members on referral link" there given the number of all guest who not only came by clicking on the referral link but also registered on the site.
13. The column "Overall referral banners show" contains of the following data: how many times the banner was shown, the number of shown has already been paid and how many shows are to be paid soon.
14. The procedure of making the payments for banners show is similar to payments for jumps from referral link (paragraphs 9-11 of this chapter).
15. If somebody clicked on banner, this is counted as jump from referral link.
16. To find out some stats about registered users and also to make the payments for registration and % from referrals' income, please press on the button "Who registered" in the "Actions" column.
17. There will appear the list of members who has registered after coming from the referral link. To make a payment for certain registration, pleas press on the button "Pay". Otherwise, press "Discard".
18. The payment for registration will be added on Affiliate's account and in the field "Pay for registration" there will appear a status "Already Paid".
19. To add the % from referrals' income, please take the following steps. Click on a "Gateway payments" value.
20. There will open a new table with the amount to be added to Affiliate's account.
21. Please, press on the button "Confirm".
22. Once, you have done it, the "Confirm" button will change to "Pay". Please, press on tha button "Pay" to make the payment.
23. The appeared green notification will inform you that the appropriate amount was added to Affiliate's account and in the column "Action/Status" there will appear new status - "Payed".
