The system of percent payment is very convenient as it gives the Model the stimulus to work better and improve the performance. The study shows that the amount of the reward influences employees' future performance levels. How much you pay is a key factor! Both raises and bonuses increase the performance. Based on these findings, you can design your pay structure to achieve more responsible attitude to work. The results recommend that providing a strong pay-for-performance association for bonuses rather than raises had the greatest potential benefit, predicted to improve employee performance by nearly 20 percent. Every earning on the site is divided into three parts - Site, Studio and Model
There are two options how to calculate the profit.
Option two: Site's % + (Studio's & Model's %%) = 100%
Example two: Site's % = 40; Model's & Studio's %% = 60 (Model's % = 30; Studio's % = 70) TOTAL 50USD = 20USD (Site's) + 9USD (Model's) + 21USD (Studio's)
In option two Studio will get 100% minus Site's % from the earnings. And then Studio's percent is to be divided between Studio and Model.
Our software allows Admin to charge individual percents for each Model and for each Studio.
1. Log into Admin area using email and password.
2. There will open Admin Panel.
Please choose and press on that "Studio's name" where Model you want to charge the percent belongs.
3. There will open Studio menu.
Please choose and press on the button "Models".
4. There will appear Models' menu.
Please choose and press on button "Active list" if the model whom you want to charge percent is already in this list.
5. There will appear Active list's Models.
Choose and Press on that model's name that you want to charge percent.
6. There will open Model's menu.
In the Model's information space you can see Model's current percent.
Default percent is 30% from total earning amount.
To change Model's percent
In the Model's menu please choose and press on the button "Full Profile".
There will open Model's Full Profile.
You can see there "Percent money to model" field.
Please place your mouse pointer into the field.
Select the current percent with your mouse pointer.
OR
Press the button "Backspace" on your keyboard.
Type the new percent for Model which you want to charge.
To save new percent please choose and press on the button "Apply changes".
