1. Log in to Admin area of the site, using your e-mail and password.
2. In the main Admin menu please find and choose the "Other" item.
3. Please choose "Site news" in there.
4. News working area will open.
5. Let's fill out all the boxes one by one. To start with the catching title that should be put into the "Subject" field.
6. To help searching engines better identify your site, please put several main key words (or expressions) what would be also mentioned in the main text. *Note, the words should be divided by "comma" and "space".
7. Choose the appropriate category for your news. You can create several different categories or simply put all of them into common one. To call for list of available categories, please press on the small arrow button and choose one from the drop-down list.
8. Software gives you a possibility to set up the date the news are issued. It can be set up the current day (today) as well as in the future or in the past.
9. To choose the current date please press on the button "Today".
10. To set up the date different from the current, please choose the month, date and the year. To choose the month click on the small arrow button and pick one from the drop-down menu.
11. To choose the day, please click on the small arrow button and pick the one you need from the drop-down menu.
12. To choose a year, please click on the small arrow button and pick the one you need from the drop-down menu.
13. There is also a possibility to set up the hour and minute. The procedure is similar to date set up.
14. After all the settings are done, please press the "Select date" button to confirm the result to the system.
15. Once you do it the date will appear in the appropriate box.
16. Do not forget to put the url to each news. *Note, words there should be divided with "-".
17. Now it is time for main text box.
18. You might want to make a text more attractive by colors and different text fonts. How to do this is comprehensively described in the chapter Additional functions for text personalization.
19. The software has an option to let the particular news be all the time on the top position in the list. To manage this please tick the appropriate box.
20. Also it is possible to make an article be hidden. For this please tick the appropriate box.
21. Use the "Preview" function to have an idea how your newly created article will look on the site page.
22. To save the news please press on the "Save" button.
